I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Coach, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher.
I specialize in supporting clients navigating burnout, trauma, chronic stress, hormonal transitions, illness and complex family dynamics. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in both lived experience and clinical training.

Whether through one-on-one therapy, couples sessions, mindfulness programs, or group spaces - I offer steady, compassionate support for people who are ready to move toward healing that’s both deep and sustainable.
